Heat control is an issue, you may set the control where you think it would give you a good toast and it ends up burnt. very fickle heat controls.

Love Bella products. Love this toaster. Easy to use settings and I have my side and my husband has his. With four slides available, easy to make toast for guests.

This toaster gets it done. The settings are self explanatory and it looks sleek. As an added bonus it makes toasting gluten free products a much simpler task. Bella products are always the way to go.

I was just diagnosed with Celiac Disease about two months ago and while I'm glad that my gluten free diet is making me feel better, I have to be careful to avoid cross contamination. Our previous two-slot toaster just would not do plus it didn't toast the gluten free bread all that well, which seems to be a common problem. Now with two sets of slots guests can use one side and I can use the other. I have which side is which clearly labeled for each side. In addition, that gluten free setting really does do a better job toasting gluten free breads. I'm not sure if it does a longer time at a lower temp or what but it actually comes out toasted and not just warm like the other toaster did (and it wasn't a cheap toaster either). All-in-all, if I have to have celiac disease, which unfortunately I do, this at least makes the bread I can eat, a bit nicer. Seriously, some of this stuff is only palatable with a serious toasting and liberal amounts of butter or peanut butter! If you are celiac/gluten-sensitive or have a loved one that is, you should definitely give the Bella toaster a go, I think you'll be as happy as I am with it.

Great Toaster,Good design, easy to clean, Wide slots

I purchased this toaster last fall for home, when the toaster at the cottage went the only toaster I wanted to replace it with was this one. Slots are wide so great for bread or bagels. The contemporary look goes well in any kitchen. Just watch for it to be on sale then its a great deal.

Price was right for the features included. Toast is uniform and relatively quick.

Sleek looks and wide bagel-friendly slots make this toaster a great option. Now me and my wife can make our morning toast or bagels at the same time, my only complaint is the stainless steel exterior is tough to keep clean like everything else stainless steel.

This unit looks AND works great! Easy to adjust the settings, BUT, as others have mentioned, DON'T place it on the darkest setting because you'll burn your toast to a black and possibly set off your smoke alarms. Does Bagels VERY well, and frozen waffles too...

Didn’t realize how bad our old toaster was until we got this one! It toasts evenly on both sides. Easy to clean.

it is a really good toaster, BIG slots, and will toast at very low settings having room to dark toast if you wish. 4 stars because I have burned myself twice, the top of it gets hot. I think should have some kind of insolation. JJ
