My only conplaint is there is no preheat setting so to preheat you have to turn it on set the temperature and timer. The window is nice on it.

The only downside is size and this is one of the biggest they sell. Need to be able to do more even for 2-people.

I love the viewing window but my wife thought it was too big for two people and took up too much space on the counter. So we returned it.
