I got this coffee at very good price, I just took a chance with it, but I wasn't disappointed.

Great inexpensive small coffee maker. Does not have automatic shut off though. I only make a cup at a time.

Where the power button is, it makes the most sense to place this coffee maker so that the opening is on the left. This is pretty great, because I am left-handed. When I measure three cups of water, I have to keep turning my head and the urn around to see the marks they put on the far side of the urn. The coffee maker is designed for people to use left-handed, but the urn is designed for right-handed use.

Sometimes it is leaking water but not too bad for a price

I bought that coffee maker on March 16 and today July 17 it doesn't work don't spend your money on this.

Bought this to match kitchen. Looked great and really liked it. Got up this morning and made coffee. Turned off and the power button broke. Now it want light up. Turn on or anything. One pic is in on position and no red light. Disappointed.

Do not like the fact that it doesn't have an automatic shut-off if you do not turn it off it would stay on all day

I purchased this item after accidentally cracking the carafe on a similarly sized Mr. Coffee machine. The Bella Pro Series was in stock, so I decided to give it a try. Pros: Nice look, convenient size. Cons: a bit louder than similar makers, not programmable, no auto shut off, and a strange plastic/metallic smell when using (that will hopefully wear off). The major items leading to the lower rating are the lack of timer and auto shut off. Otherwise, it's a nicely designed unit that makes decent coffee for the price.

I'v had this product 9/26/22, and as of today 10/21/22 it won't brew anymore less than 1 month. I would like a refund or another coffee pot.

It works awesome! I love that it's compatible with my Alexa Echo Dot. I had a bigger, better coffee maker that was fully programmable and had safety features, but unfortunately those safety features prevented it from working with a smart plug. I like that this one brews the coffee hotter, but make sure to serve it right away or it will scald. It's pretty simple and doesn't have all the bells & whistles, just an on & off switch. Don't buy this if you're the type to forget to turn off your coffee maker, as this doesn't have safety or auto shut off settings. To avoid this I turn it off immediately before pouring. As someone stated, pouring can be a challenge, but that's only because you have to do it very slowly to avoid spills. The one thing I HATE about this is it definitely has a slightly plastic taste to the coffee. Someone else mentioned this, and I'm hoping it will go away with time. I've used it everyday for a month and it's still there. It's definitely concerning, so I'm going to try running a cleansing solution through it. I'll update this review if that ends up working. It's also a bit loud while brewing, but I use it at home so that's not a big deal. To save money you can still use regular size filters, instead of the small cone ones. You'll have to adapt the filter by folding it in half, then almost in half again, to form a cone. It comes with a reusable one, but those can be a pain and others stated that it leaves coffee grounds in their cup of coffee.

The second time I tried to use it the on/off button broke into pieces, making it unusable with no way of turning it on. Very unhappy with it.

I am the only one in my household that drinks coffee, so this coffee maker is the perfect size for me. It has the marks on the caraffe to let you know how much water to put in for the desired cups. It has a plastic mesh coffee filter that is washable, so you do not have to buy any coffee filters. It is small so it doesn't take up much room on the counter, and if you want to store it in the cabinet when not in use, it fits better than a full size coffee maker. I have been using this coffee maker for several years now and I love it. I bought this product on Best Buy's deal of the day at a very reasonable price.

I love the size of this coffee maker! It does everything we need and hae notbhad any issues. Not having to buy paper filters for this is a bonus. I recommend this product for anyone seeking a no frills, simple, compact coffee maker.

If you can get it on sale, this is a great little coffee maker. I have mostly been using a Keurig for years now as I am the only one in my house that drinks coffee. This little drip maker works great for my purposes. Easy to set up, quick brew, and so far the permanent mesh filter is easy to clean the product tastes great. If I had any complaints it would be that it doesn't have an auto shut-off which I learned on the very first day. To me, that is a very cheap feature to add and surprised it is not on there as I've seen it on cheaper units. All in all, I would recommend this if you have a need for a small coffee maker and that will take up limited space.

Great little coffee maker. Compact size. 5 cups is just right for the morning coffee. I take it when I travel, it makes MUCH better tasting coffee than the makers in the hotel rooms

I purchased this purely based on size. We have an office full of people who like to drink fresh coffee so we always use 5 cup coffee makers. Though it says 5 cups you can actually get about 3 mugs of coffee, which is perfect for us. We run it multiple times a day for hot and cold coffee and we have fresh coffee at all times. This was purchased to replace another brand. I like the way it looks and it is made. It fits our professional decor and works well. I recommend.

Much smaller than the coffee maker it replaces. BUT - I usually threw away a half pot of coffee from the old one and this one provides the perfect amount for me. If you are a big-time coffee drinker or brew for the whole family, I'd recommend a larger coffee maker, but still consider this one for those small pots of coffee. Smaller footprint provides more counter space for my bean grinder, etc. Took a bit to get used to the reusable filter instead of paper filters: no paper waste now.
