    I purchased the previous model and liked it so much I gave my neighbor that one and purchased this one. It lasted six months and went belly up. I tried all suggested fixes and nothing worked. Disappointed.

    Purchased ine and it stopped working after 6 months. It was replaced by manufacturer and it lasted 8 months and then the drawer would not vlise. Badically it wirked fine and tgen it didn't. Does not ladt long

    Broken after two months. Cheap plastic piece broke off inside basket assembly. Don't buy this. It WILL break and Best Buy won't cover it.
