It does perform the kcup function, at a lower price point. I have not tried the ground cup function. However, the lid easily slips into the water hold area, annoying. I’m not convinced I will keep it, but I have used it daily for over a month 2x / day without any issues. I did buy at discount and would not recommend unless doing the same, not overly feeling the quality.

Like the idea, seems like the build quality is less then ideal. After 6 days of using it, it started to leak out of the base. I am guessing that is where the water pump is located and that is where it was leaking when not in use. Had to return it as the unit is defective. Doesn't give a lot of trust in the product. 6oz seems to be optimal for strength and 8 cups is what Keurig recommends. With the tank filled to max is brews about 4 - 6oz cups, before having to refill. Never tried the basket they included as I primarily purchased it for K-Cups.

I really like the concept and the price. Unfortunately I received a faulty unit. The lid doesn't close all the way and the steam comes from the top. The other issue is that it doesn't brew the amount that is listed under the buttons, for example, when you press on 10 Oz, it makes less than 6 Oz

I will be returning this item. Honestly, it just sucks. 1) Brews warm coffee 2) Lid pops off while brewing, stopping the brew process. 3) Lid doesn't shut for the 1st minute of brewing so you have to hold it to keep it from popping off. If not it'll pop off and stop. 4) Just horrible and cheap!

Looks like it could be excellent!! I loved and was sold on it that I could fill a 14 ounce yeti rambler under it. Loved the water capacity …. Alas the reservoir was cracked in two spots so it had to be returned.

Best for the small place coffee maker. The best part of this is it supports the pods and the ground cofee poweder and best to prepare coffee for 1-2 people

Machine worked great the first couple of weeks. Now it brews half of whatever selection is selected and it makes a loud whistling sound (much like a train). I have to push on the buttons several times because it never brews on the first time. The coffee also comes out watered down no matter what selection is chose. Purchased item on 11/3 and today is 12/20. Regret my purchase and would not recommend it to others.

We just purchased it and from the first try the kcup was crushed and it would not close properly. It only filled half the mug. We then attempted it again and the coffee spilled out the sides from the top. Even tho we got it to "close". It has made such a mess on our counter I don't even want to deal with it anymore

One week after BestBuy return limit, it started whistling like a teapot and barely brewed coffee. DON'T WASTE YOUR $$

This Bella Pro coffee maker is such a nifty kitchen appliance and a must have if you are a coffee drinker. It’s got a sleek look to it and doesn’t take up much counter space. I absolutely love the dual use, pod or ground coffee option. Since the machine comes with a coffee adapter AND a capsule adapter, it’s an all-in-one coffee maker. One of the things you should be aware of is, when brewing a cup; make sure little ones aren’t near. I noticed the hot water lightly splashes out. I tried brewing a regular 8 ounce cup of coffee placing the drip tray at the lowest and at the highest, and both times, but more so at the lowest, the very hot water spattered out slightly. Also, the front lid tab is a bit tricky. You’ll want to push down on it at first, but beware! That’s NOT how you open the lid. You have to push in this tab to open the compartment where you have your coffee adapters. Closing it takes a little bit of effort since you can’t just snap it shut like you want to. You have to push in this front lid as you close it shut. It’s all a little odd to me, but not a big deal once you get the hang of it. I nonetheless love this machine and can see this as an excellent choice for newlyweds or individual coffee drinkers.

Perfect if you are the main person that drinks coffee in the household like I am. The only thing is the ounce selection an ounce or two short of the coffee you get. It's small enough that it wont take up much counter space. It has an adjustable base so you can bring your smaller mug closer to the pour part, but I never use it and it really does not splash by leaving the mug at the bottom setting. It's not noisy. It's easy to clean and it doesn't look cheap. I can use the refillable ground coffee pod of use prefilled ones

Its a nice sleek machine, not crazy about filling it in the back, but works well and seems easy to clean and makes travel sized cups with ease

Bella Single Serve Coffee Maker My husband and I travel a lot and sometimes the coffee makers in the hotel rooms aren't working properly or maybe we are not quite sure if they are clean. This little gem solved all our problems. It is small enough to take in a bag but, does a big job of making hot, fresh coffee. It is easy to operate and comes with a full instruction book. The coffee maker can make 6-14 ounces of your choice beverage and you can use a k-cup or coffee grounds with the adapter that comes with it. I can also use it just to heat up the water for tea later in the day. I look forward to using my little coffee maker every time we go on a trip and I know you will to.

I like that this item is compact and its perfect for my home since only one person in my house drinks coffee. The option of using a ground coffee and a pod is a plus and they are easy to clean. I got this item for a really good deal.

I was looking for a fairly compact, decent looking coffee maker to replace a unit that had broke. Wanted something better than the $30 units for college kids... but wasn't going for a $200 unit either. This machine does that well. Makes a good cup of coffee, and has enough different brew sizes to be useful. Only weird thing is the opening of the pod chamber. It looks like you'd push down on the release, but you push it in. If you don't hold the machine right you end up pushing the machine away from you instead of opening in. Not the end of the world, but why I have it 4 stars.

I really like the convenience of this coffee/tea/hot chocolate brewer. I also really like that you do NOT have to have the pods to make your favorite hot beverage. It is a single cup brewer which makes it ideal for a two or single person household. Super easy to use and makes a very reliably tasty cup of (coffee, hot chocolate, or tea). It is easy to clean and easy to use. The drip tray is removable and also adjustable depending on the height of your mug. It brews and dispenses the right amount of hot liquid depending on what size you choose from the choices of 6oz, 8oz, 12oz, or 16 oz. You just push a button that corresponds to the size you want (size of your mug). I am loving this appliance and feel that it is an appliance well worth the price. The machine works very well and seems well- built.

I don't enjoy writing negative reviews, but but for my purposes (using freshly ground coffee beans) I have to give this a poor review simply because the filter basket for the coffee grounds is just too small to be practical. I have a small drip coffee maker that can make up to cups of coffee (12 ounces each) and I use it mostly to make just one cup and I can say that I use about 3 scoops of ground coffee that simply wouldn't fit in this coffee maker. Frankly, I think this coffee maker is designed for pods, and the filter for ground coffee is an afterthought.

To be plain, this is a pod unit that just has the cheap adapter in it for grinds. Ive never had a pod based unit properly brew grinds in thr adapters. I thought this would be different but its not. The coffee is ridiculously weak with what feels like dirt water in it. No flavor or depth of color. Its an absolute joke and i will probablt be returning it. If you like to use yohr own grinds, stay away from pod based ones like this!
