Loce it Compact counter top. Powerfull! Steam froth fast startup and warm up. Easy to figure out for first timers.

I bought this to replace a cheaper machine that I had earlier and I am really happy with how it turned out. Pros: Makes great espressos, quick heat up time, great steam wand, great accessories like portafilter baskets, tamper, frothing pitcher icluded. Cons: Steam wand takes time to heat up if you switch off the steam supply, smaller steam wand is necer really used.

This is my first espresso machine, but I was advised to not go TOO cheap or I wouldn’t like it, and therefore, not end up using it all. This was a $450 machine (seemingly middle of the road) and I got it on discount for $300. We could not be happier! There are no grinds in the espresso, the entire machine was easy to set up and use, and all functions work seamlessly. I highly, highly recommend this espresso machine.

Awesome little espresso machine! You can truly make some smooth and great tasting espresso relatively quickly. Only complaint is that it is quite loud and the warming plate ontop never really gets warmer than room temp. I managed to get it on a pretty good sale. Not sure the MSRP is justified otherwise.

Many of the disgruntled talk about the Cream, if you grind your beans to a fine powder you will be disappointed. It needs to be lightly coarse to get the creme, also, don't pack so tightly that the water cannot go thru because water will spill over since it can't go thru the grind. You have to experiment, I have had mine 2 years and get it serviced locally every 6 months or so. It is an amazing high quality machine at an incredible price.

Excellent machine but need better owner's manual. If you need instructions in how to use this type of coffee maker.....like myself, you need to go to YouTube.

I got this espresso machine during a deal of the day sale. It was 1/3 the price of a similar Delonghi espresso machine. It is a hefty machine with a nice stainless steel exterior. The portafilter is 51mm diamter and comes with pressurized and standard baskets. The water tank is fairly large. It takes roughly 40 seconds to warm up. To my surprise, there is a 3-way solenoid valve, so I dont have to worry about the portafilter sneeze. Overall, makes good espresso for the money.

Purchased for a college student to allow them to make their own delicacies. Unit looks and feels high quality. Worked perfectly out of the box and was fairly simple to learn.

I have had this machine for a couple months now and love it! It is very easy to use and clean. The espresso shots come out tasting wonderful. I use it daily to make lattes for my daughter and myself. This is the first espresso machine I have owned and am happy with my choice.

Great little machine, easy to use, and produces a great cup of coffee. Would definitely recommend this unit. I will note that I purchased this at a Deal of the Day very reduced price, and it's my first home machine, no not sure how it stands up to other products in it's price range.

This is my first espresso machine and I am so happy with this purchase. Everything works great, and makes incredible coffee drinks. The frothing wand took some time to learn as it should have. Now I get excited about my mornings and enjoy the routine of making a delicious drink. The water tray does fill quickly so I empty it every morning. The components and construction materials are high quality and the buttons and lights look good. The espresso filter and holder filter firmly in the machine and feels solid. The hot water dispenser wand is a nice touch. If you are in the mood for a quick americano then make an espresso and add the hot water from there. It's also nice for a quick warm up f needed.
