Very very reliable and economical espresso coffee machine to daily use. Good of buying coffee beans from grocery, and grind just before brewing. Very enjoyable smell and taste.

What a beautiful machine. Top quality. So impressed. Great buy on sale for Christmas. I am going to buy another one for my daughters birthday. Wow.

This machine works well for our needs. Nice extraction and hot water is ready quickly.

If i could give this zero stars i would! When you pay $300+ for an expresso machine you expect it to last more than 31 days. Yes, thats right folds. Ordered 5/19/23. Received 5/20/23 and first use was 5/21/23. Exactly 31 days later, conveniently one day past when it could be returned to Best Buy, the steamer stopped working and steam started coming from all the seams in the machine. Contacted Best Buy and they would not return or exchange. Called manufacturer and opened a support ticket. Had to send them photos of expresso maker and a video of what was happeneing. They agreed to replace after i sent a photo of the cut power cord (proof the device was inoperable). Low and behold the device they want to replace my $300 purchase with is not even close to what this machine is. The new device SRP is $199 but ive found it for as low as $98. To add insult to injury, they promised the cheap, lower quality replacement to be here in 2-4 work weeks. It will be 5 weeks tomorrow and not even a notifcaation of shipment. Beware! Guess i should have know when i received correspondence from 3 different companies regarding the issue.

I was really excited for it but I feel like my $50 espresso machine works better. The extraction is not the best. I got espresso grounds and there’s usually water that did not go through the coffee when I pull out the coffee lever.

Makes good coffee though not sure what practical use the meter has.

This is an excellent quality flavor option to enjoy a delicious coffee on an individual level.

Greet coffe machine , Take a little be of time to practice frosting the milk , but when you get it , will be easy to make a nice latter or cappucino .

Great product only thing missing is a coffee bean grinder.

Worked well for 3 months then would not get to pressure very noisy machine. Side note there isn’t much info on Bella pro as a brand id stick with more traditional brands.

Have had a few problems so far and no longer returnable. It began making a good solid pull but has now begun to act up and no longer is pulling like it originally did. All less than 30 days from date of purchase. Hoping it will "last" or the company will warranty.

Tastes same like Starbucks. No need to stop by at Starbucks anymore.

Great to make espressos, lattes or even capuccinos. I love this espresso machine, 100% recommend.

The machine is beautiful and easy to use. My two complaints are the espresso is not hot enough and the steamer will not froth. Other than that, I love the machine
