Wife and daughter approve. I don’t like coffee but they do. It’s a little noisy but great option to use OL pods or grounds. It did take some work to get it going and was ready to return but after fiddling with it for a bit was able to get it going. I had to keep hitting the double cups button a bunch to get it to prime and start pumping water… would have been nice if it just primed itself but no such luck. Works great after priming achieved.

YOU HAVE TO PRIME THE PUMP! you have to basically repeatedly take a full reservoir on and off you'll see the little air bubbles rise up. it takes a but but it works. we got two of these on a super sale they work great (yes kind of loud but not bad). we go the original Nespresso pods in it so good. we have also done an espresso from it all good.

This little espresso machine works great; providing the same decent cup of espresso after my Nespresso died. Plus the additional feature to make espresso without pods. It worked as soon as I plugged it in. The noise and performance is same as my Nespresso at 1/3 of the cost

This product was incredibly difficult to get to work. You have to shake it literally 100s of times before it will begin to work. Once it started working, it stayed working and was great! I got it on sale for $30, so I would say it was worth the initial frustration.

I have had nothing but good results from this little powerhouse. I got it on clearance after Christmas for $52... It has paid for itself multiple times already. The only problem I have encountered is it did take time and effort to prime it for initial use. Once primed it has worked perfectly. 1 1/2 oz single shots, 3 oz double, every time.

This a great machine for anyone who wants really good espresso without the hassle or complication of the ‘fancier’ machines. The machine is a little loud but not too bad - Brew time and warm up is fast. Option to use capsules equals less fuss and less mess.

I got this unit on sale and for the price, I am very pleased with the coffee it makes. One of the few that does not include a steaming function (that I don't use). Simple, well-thought-out, easy to use design for making one or two cups. Pros: Pump is not too loud and the mechanism includes a short pre-wetting cycle. Very quick heat-up time. Very sturdy and heavy-duty materials with one drawer for ground coffee and one for "Nespresso" pods. (Take care not to lose the clear silicone upper pressure pad when unpacking.) Taking the drawers completely out (necessary to put in the pod or portafilter basket) allows to completely rinse the parts in contact with coffee under tap water -- no post-rinse of the whole machine needed. The ground coffee attachment has many holes to allow even water dispensing. Minor Cons: It took some effort to get the water into the system. When I first bought it, I filled the container with water and saw a few bubbles when I placed it in position. When I tried to make coffee the unit shut off and after trying several more times to get it to work I realized that the unit was telling me the pump was still dry. I had to pull the container off and place back about ten more times (always getting air bubbles released) before the pump started working. Although this is not stated, the unit uses pressurized baskets. Coffee pucks too wet to tap out of basket. Somewhat confusing blinking/not blinking of the lights to tell the unit is up to temp. Drip tray attachment does not allow for bigger cups to fit under spout. No receiving container for used pods -- must pull out drawer and throw away manually after each use.

Its the cheapest nesspresso maker you will ever see but has alot of issues mine works but leaks gonna try keeping the tank empty when im not using it see of it foxes the problem expresso addon works fine as well been making alot of cappuccino/ lattes with it and doggong it

Pain in the butt to get working the first time. After that it works pretty good. It makes great espresso when using original nespresso pods. Not so good when using ground coffee though.

Machine stopped working properly after 1 1/2 years, will no longer puncture the pods correctly nor will it make foam , a bust. , plus it dripps water each time you replace a pod.

Worked well at first. I liked that I could use either the pods or my own coffee. If it sits dry for a while it needs to be primed again. After a few months it was hit or miss. Watery coffee. I cleaned it on a regular basis but it didn’t help.

I like that you can use regular espresso and original nespresso pods. The only downside is that the machine is loud, the water tank is smaller, and finding original pods is difficult. All in all for the price my morning espresso is great!

The instructions are not clear at all about priming the pump the first time I used it. It took awhile to figure out how to get the water to the pump to prime it. But once I did it works great and provides a simple source for a quick espresso.

Cute little thing for a good price as I bought it on clearance. It didn’t want to work at first. The instructions seemed clear but it didnt work. I left it and the next day it just started working. Now I love it!!

Great tasting coffee. Only problem was during set up had trouble priming the pump. Ended up installing and removing water tank repeatedly until pump drew water. Has worked great since. Very pleased.

Easy to use, coffee comes out great. Can use both grind coffee and capsules (original) Only thing that’s not clear on the instruction on the water tank setup.

We got this Bella Espresso Machine, and the first one we got, made noise as if it was going to make the coffee, but did not distribute the water. we called Best Buy, and the amazing Customer Service Rep replaced the machine and even got us next day delivery. Once we received the replacement we were very excited, but as soon as we plugged it in, it automatically turned on, started making noise before getting the chance to even press the power button. It wouldn’t shut off or even make the coffee!!!!

I wanted to love this especially since it has capsules and loose ground adapters but it simply wasn’t reliable. The first one I purchased the water wouldn’t pump into the grounds chamber. Customer service said it was defective and sent a replacement. The new one arrived with same issue. I wiggled the valve at the base of the reservoir and it worked until I had to refil the water. The water reservoir valve wouldn’t consistently allow water to be pumped. It was cute but I ultimately returned the replacement as well.

If you get this machine on a great discount. It works well. It is loud but it works fine for the nespresso pods.

Product was defective. Followed the directions to make first cup and while it made noises like it was going to make a cup, no water was pulled from the reservoir or dispensed. Attempted to call the companies customer service line with no help. Then as this was a Christmas gift I gave them the barcode and instructions for return/exchange and when they arrived ar the store the only option was to return the item and refund my card so they still do not have their Christmas gift! If an exchange option was unavailable the app should have let me know so they didn’t waste their time! The product felt nice and seemed of decent quality, I would give the product one more chance.
