Cheap!

An unexpected hit
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this Quesadilla Maker on a whim, and it has turned out to be used atleast weekly by somebody in my family. The kids use it to make quesadillas for breakfast, they make them and pack them in their lunch for school -- we use it for a quick weekend lunch. Lots of quesadillas in this household! The unit itself does a great job - I wish the latch was a bit easier to close and stayed on slightly better, but it's a very minor annoyance.

Cheaply Made
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We like the product and how it works. The plastic handles where the top latches to the bottom is made of cheap plastic. When the unit gets hot the plastic gets even more likely to snap/break.

Fast sandwiches

Perfect until it broke

Then one day it started to smell like burning plastic even though I couldn't find plastic anywhere. Smells like it was coming from the coil area. Next day it stopped working.
