Great Blender for the price

We couln't be more satisfied with this blender. It's more powerful and a lot more quiet than the BellaPro. The blade system works well, however it tends to keep chunks of fruits or whatever its blending, we don't mind that compromise because we don't do a lot of fine blended smoothies. The pros are : power, size, its very quiet and easy to clean and assemble every time, the lid system is very secure and it comes with the opening to pour into a glass, which is very practical. The cons: the only flaw we have found is the locking system for the vase. It's a square vase and its a little bit confusing when you want to align the vase with the motor. At some point the locking moldings under the vase broke and now the safety pins in the motor wont engage and the blender won't work (this is by design). We will come to the store to either get a new one under warranty or to buy it, I will update on wether it's easy or not to find parts and warranty or service (with the BellaPro is impossible to find parts, even from the manufacturer) . We purchased this ninja based mostly on reviews, we now use this tool to help us make a decision before buying anything so we wanted to help other people sharing our experience. We give this blender a 9 overall since its affordable, gets the job done, its easy to clean and over all, it's a lot quieter than others we have tested. Short of perfect because of the flaws in the material.
