I went to the store to refund an item and the store rep did an exchange for the SAME EXACT product. So of course i return to the store and ask the store manager “Mordecai”….. He sat there and tried to tell me that i exchanged it for the same product. Asked him to pull up cameras and he refused. Sat there and wasted my time to go over the same conversation over and over. Mordecai refused to let me speak to his supervisor, refused to provide me information to help with my issue. Sat there and treated me like im not a customer. I will NEVER shop here again. The staff here is TERRIBLE! Cant even get ahold of a regional manager to discuss my problem. Best Buy, your store managers should be there to help the people who spend money there and treat us all like we spend money there.

    Stylish leather iPhone case

The Bellroy iPhone 15 Pro Max leather iPhone case is a great option if you are in the market for a leather case. The leather feels premium and durable. Of course, one of the most important parts about a case is how well it protects your phone. The inside of the case is lined with microfiber to protect your phone from the case itself. You can rest easy knowing that your phone will be protected from scratches. The company states that it has drop protection. Although I was not willing to test this out for myself the case does not appear to have the most robust drop protection. I think it will protect against your everyday smaller drops but I would not recommend dropping this from a drastic height and expect it to survive. The case is mag safe compatible which now a days is a must. I can confirm it works perfectly with mag safe chargers, wallets, and any other mag safe accessories you might own. The case is made from recycled materials and the environment in mind. That being said it does not feel cheap. It is feels premium and gives your iPhone a sophisticated look. If you are in the market for a leather case, I would definitely recommend this one. It has the same amazing style and build quality you would expect from Apple themselves. This is a great companion for your iPhone 15 Pro Max.

The definitive sub-in for missing Apple Leather

Bellroy makes fantastic cases. Bellroy is amazing at leathercraft for tech. I've been using Bellroy cases since the early Google Pixel line, and I've yet to be disappointed in them. For the most part, I'd used them along their collaboration with Google, as Apple had their own leather case product line, and Bellroy mosty seemed like a Google-aligned brand (and even co-branded a number of products with Google.) Then 2023 happened. Apple decided that it was no longer ecologically-minded to create leather cases for iPhone - I guess those leathers will just be wasted as I doubt this move has had any material impact on livestock agriculture, and is simply a pander to the "PETA" crowd that Apple holds constituent - and created the abomination that was 'FineWoven' instead. Neither durable or particularly luxurious... Anyway, it became time to seek out a GOOD leather case made from genuine leather and with that level of craft from a name brand that cared about the durability and the subtle style. After searching online and finding everything from Apple knock-offs to ugly, grainy leather cases with awful color selections, I found that Bellroy had started making cases for all major manufacturers and now offered this leather case with MagSafe compatibility. Needless to say, I was excited. One of my favorite luxury accessory brand from my other phones and devices, now making Apple cases? Yes please! Fanboying aside, there are a few things that, on top of the base styling of this case being excellent, set this case apart: - The leather is smooth and supple like Apple's factory cases were for the iPhone 14 Pro/Max - Perhaps even moreso. - The screen "bumper" margin is better - This feels safer to use with my phone. The top and bottom edges are not leather- But a well-blended polycarbonate or rubber that helps with grip and avoids the pitfalls of leather around the port and speaker areas - And provides nice grip/standup abilities on the upper and lower edge. - The magnetic properties are AT LEAST as good as those from Apple cases. I'm a religious Apple MagSafe Wallet user and this holds it securely. No issues there. - The buttons are metallic and their tactile response is PERFECT - Its exactly like the OEM cases were! They look and work perfectly with great travel and alignment. All in all, this is the definitive replacement for Apple's misgivings with abandoning leather. I hoped someone would do this, and I'm glad its someone with Bellroy's track record of quality - Now if only they would release colorways and lines aligned to Apple's silicone case releases (or similar).

One of nicest features of an iPhone is the sleek and thin design. Having a bulky case really distracts from the portability and the ability to carry the phone in one’s pocket. This luxurious case is made from a very high quality leather that’s smooth to the touch, yet rugged enough to protect your phone from accidental drops. I have owned other leather cases and I think that this is far superior when it comes to protecting your device. While the majority of the case is leather, it uses a very strong rubber bumper on the top, bottom and corners of the case. The case works perfectly with MagSafe charging. The magnetic properties work as well as any case I have used. The camera cutout is snug, yet it leaves enough room for a lens protector. The case itself has a nice built up ridge to surround the camera lens housing and should protect the camera from minor drops. The case fits my iPhone 15 Pro Max like a glove and the buttons line up perfectly. The speaker cutouts and the chafing port cutout also fit perfectly. I highly recommend this case. It’s simple and functional while adding a bit of elegance to the phone.

    My 'Elegant' iPhone Case

TL:DR - The Bellroy iPhone Leather Phone Case, does exactly what it says it will do (protect your phone), while also looking incredible while doing it. Bellroy makes some phenomenal gear, and the Leather Phone Case for the iPhone 15 Pro Max, is no exception. What I Like: - The way they blend the leather with the frame is spectacular. There is no seam to get caught on anything and it feels great in the hand. - It is sleek without sacrificing protection. Other cases might be just as sleek but the leather coated frame just feels like it can take a bit more bumps and bruises than some other cases. I have no actual PROOF of this, since I don't tend to throw my phone around, but it feel better. - The anodized aluminum buttons are incredibly responsive (sometime TOO responsive). Perfect amount of clicky-ness but I might have liked them even more if they were brought in just the teeniest amount. Sometime, one or all of the buttons are clicked while putting it in my pocket. - It doesn't wobble as much as many cases like this do. I'm not exactly sure what it is that is making the phone so stable while on its back, but I love it. While I love the camera set-up on the iPhone and what I can do with it, the bump has just gotten ridiculous. I can't wait until Apple figures out a way to blend this better into the phone frame either through miniaturization, moving internal components, or heck, even making the phone thicker and giving us a bigger battery! What I don't like: It may be just a bit too sleek around the edges of both the main opening as well as the camera bump. I'm sure they are the tiniest fraction of a millimeter more than either surface but they almost seem flush. It sometimes makes me worry about putting the phone down on some surfaces because it doesn't seem like the case will actually keep the camera housing (which I'm most concerned about) off of the surface. The front opening does have more but I've negated that with a screen protector which seems to about match the lip around there. All-in-all, I'm super pleased with the Bellroy Leather Phone Case. It will be my day-to-day elegant case when I don't expect to be getting into too much trouble. On those rough and tumble days, I'll switch it out for my other more protective, but not nearly as nice looking, case. If you want a beautiful case for your phone with very good protection and a great hand-feel, you cannot go wrong with this case.

    Limited protection but good grip

I recently purchased the Bellroy Leather iPhone Pro Max 15 Case, and while the case has garnered a reputation for its high-end design and premium materials, my experience with it has been somewhat mixed. Here’s a detailed review of the product, highlighting its strengths and weaknesses. Design and Aesthetics: The Bellroy Leather iPhone Pro Max 15 Case undoubtedly has an elegant and minimalist design. It fits the iPhone 15 Pro Max snugly, with precise cutouts for the camera, buttons, and charging port. The case's sleek profile adds a sophisticated touch to the phone without adding much bulk, which is ideal for those who appreciate a slim, streamlined look. Material Quality: This is where the case falls short of expectations. Although it's marketed as being made from leather, the material used in the Bellroy case does not feel or smell like traditional leather. The texture is noticeably synthetic, and it lacks the rich, tactile feel of genuine leather. Instead of the expected softness and pliability of leather, the material feels somewhat plasticky and rigid. Moreover, the characteristic leather aroma is absent, which is disappointing given the premium price point of the case. Protection: In terms of protection, the Bellroy Leather Case offers only minimal safeguarding for your iPhone 15 Pro Max. The case provides basic defense against scratches and minor bumps, but it does not offer substantial shock absorption. The edges are slightly raised to protect the screen and camera lenses, but if you're looking for a case that can withstand more serious impacts or drops, this might not be the best choice. It’s more suited for users who prioritize style over rugged protection. Price: At a higher price point compared to many other cases on the market, the Bellroy Leather iPhone Pro Max 15 Case feels like an expensive investment that doesn’t quite deliver on its promises. Given the synthetic nature of the material and the limited protective capabilities, the cost may not be justified for everyone. There are other cases available that offer better protection or more genuine leather options at a similar or lower price. Overall Impression: While the Bellroy Leather iPhone Pro Max 15 Case is visually appealing and maintains a sleek profile, it falls short in terms of material quality and protective functionality. The synthetic feel of the leather and the high cost might leave some users feeling underwhelmed. If you’re seeking a case that combines high-quality leather with robust protection, you might want to explore other options. For those who value aesthetics and a slim design over durability, it could still be worth considering, but it’s important to be aware of these trade-offs before making a purchase

When it comes to combining style and functionality, this leather and polymer phone case offers a mixed bag. The case features a leather back with sides, top, and bottom made from polymer material. The leather is notably thin, giving it a somewhat slippery feel, although it does have a pleasing grain pattern. However, the thinness of the leather leaves me uncertain about the type of patina it might develop over time. A notable design aspect is the small ridge created by the polymer material around the top edge of the phone. This ridge juts out slightly, which means that when you’re holding the phone, the case doesn’t curve inward toward the screen. Instead, this ridge digs into your fingers a bit. While not uncomfortable, it was an unexpected sensation and doesn’t contribute much to grip enhancement. The interior of the case is lined with microfiber along the back, providing a soft cushion for your phone. However, the edges of the case are not very sturdy. There’s considerable flex, particularly along the sides and bottom, which might be a concern for those looking for robust protection. One standout feature is the buttons. They have a fantastic, clicky, and tactile feel, making them a pleasure to use. The MagSafe functionality is adequate but doesn’t exceed average strength. Overall, this phone case offers a decent blend of aesthetics and functionality but falls short in terms of sturdiness and grip. It’s an okay option if you’re looking for a stylish case with good button response, but it may not be the best choice for those seeking maximum protection and grip.

The Bellroy iPhone 15 pro Max leather phone case is an awesome, no nonsense, super thin case. To start with, it is lined with a microfiber-like material that helps protect your phone, and also means that it comes out of the case, should you ever remove it, much shinier and polished than your typical case. As I said, this case is very thin, but it has a very fine supple leather on the outside. It feels incredibly good to the touch, while at the same time offering a bit of anti-slip properties. Finally, for those of you who have entered into the Mag safe ecosystem, this case is compatible with Mag safe products. I have not seen a case as thin as this. That works with all your Mag safe products, and if you haven't tried out any Mag safe products, I highly recommend it. You can add everything from a stand or a pop socket like phone holder, two wireless charging batteries, or even wallets that can connect to your phone. Check out Mag safe if you haven't, it is an excellent addition to any phone.

Eco-friendly iPhone 15 Pro Max Case

The Bellroy - iPhone 15 Pro Max Leather Phone Case offers an eco-friendly case perfectly designed for your iPhone 15 Pro Max. The faux leather simulates the look and feel of real leather, but designed without any animal involvement. The custom match to your phone ensure a snug fit, tactile responsiveness, and drop protection necessary for the on-the-go individual. The case securely wraps just over the front bezel to help protect your screen from accidental damage when dropped, in your pocket, or when laid face down on the table. I found this case to be acceptable when bringing protection to my phone. It covers where it must and ensures a snug fit. The physical buttons work well. I did find that the case feels a bit weird on the front side of the case. I am sure it is an effort to make it more tactile for holding the phone, but it feels unnecessarily wide and "sharp" edged rather than other similar cases that are more fluid in their lines. The fake leather is somewhat deceptive based on the fact that it is named leather in the title. Overall, it offers the protection needed, but not my favorite look or feel for an everyday case. PROS - Fit - Functions (buttons) - Protection CONS - Not leather - A bit odd feeling in the hand.

The feel of the leather is fine, it has a nice soft touch lining so to minimize the chance of the case scratching your phone while in it. By all means it feels sturdy enough for small bumps and drops, but it just doesn't fill me with confidence that should I just absolutely butterfingers my phone, that its going to come out fine and for me, that's the real measure of a phone case. The leather feels nice, but it provides minimal grip, which makes the phone to me feel kind of slippery, making me feel like I am more likely to actually drop the phone. There is a rubbery plastic bumper on the case at the top and bottom, and technically it wraps around the whole edge of the phone on the screen side, but on the sides, it has a sharp edge that depending how you're holding it feels terrible like it wants to cut into your fingers, making it uncomfortable in my hands. I feel like a lot of this feeling could have been solved with a thicker leather. that would have made the case a little softer in the hand, and eliminated the sharp edges by just meeting up at the same thickness. It's unfortunate as overall, the case is classy and looks and feels nice. I can't really recommend this one myself, so definitely pull it out of the package and give it a feel before committing to it.

    The Classic Leather

The case presents itself as a classic black case. It supposed to be leather and feels like a leather plastic combo, with no leather smell. It does have a nice leather feel texture which make the grip feel very nice. There is no real negative to the case itself since it looks and feels nice, with a mag safe charging ring which is invisible from the outside back of the phone. The phone mostly soft with some rigidity. The camera has raised ridges to help protect against lens scratches and the buttons are nicely integrated. Inside is soft and will protect the phone surfaces from damage. All the corners, edges and creases of the case are properly done and fit and finish are excellent. I do wish the corners had more protection/ padding as in a drop that is where most of the damage is sustained. Also, the front of the phone sits mostly flush with the case, which does not leave any room for possible scratches from the phone being face down. However, I do like the case as it is very classic and nicely made. l

Feels great to hold - not so sure about protection

Bellroy’s marketing team had a field day describing the leather used to make this phone case. The leather is given no less than five different descriptions just on the packaging alone. The leather is described as premium, eco-tanned, LWG eco-tanned, responsibly sourced, and provided by a certified B corporation. This must be some good leather! And well yes as a matter of fact it does feel supple to hold. So supple that the case has slipped out of my hands a couple of times! I caught the phone both times before it hit the ground though. The leather is so soft that I’ve already managed to put an accidental scratch in it from the fingernail on my pinky finger so be careful about cutting or filing your nails if you are about the appearance of the leather. It’s rare these days that I plug in a cable to charge my phone opting for MagSafe charging 98% of the time. The case is technically MagSafe compatible though it’s not as sticky as my other phone cases making me wonder about how well it’s actually charging the phone. The leather also tends to heat up more than the other materials and after only three days of use I already have a distinct ring around the leather where the MagSafe charging occurs. I do not have high hopes for the longevity of this leather case. But boy is it supple! Leather, being leather, it responds well to common situations like sitting your phone down on a restaurant table that is still wet from where the waitress wiped down the table just before you sat down or when your drink sweats down and the coaster isn’t very helpful so your phone decides it should absorb that excess moisture. Bellroy provides a 3-year warranty for the case, but I have yet to find anyone who keeps their cell phone for that long. In reading the online details about the warranty, it excludes normal wear and tear and doesn’t seem to extend to the phone itself, making this one more reason why I feel like this case is more about cosmetics than actual device protection. Did I mention how supple the leather is to hold? In the end I decided drop testing my phone with this case was simply not worth the risk of destroying my iPhone further solidifying my opinion that while this case does feel great to hold, I prefer device protection and will be going back to a different case manufacturer for device protection.

The Bellroy iPhone 15 Pro Max Leather phone case is a very good product. It comes in a very nice slide-out cardboard box that gives a feeling that this is a quality item. Upon taking the Bellroy iPhone 15 Pro Max Leather phone case out of the box I noticed the feel of the case. If the box did not say it was leather, I would have not been able to tell. It has sort of a fuzzy feel that I cannot compare anything to. Honestly, I like the way it feels. Putting the Bellroy iPhone 15 Pro Max Leather case on the phone was very easy. It is a snug fit, but it slips right in. I like the feel of the buttons on the sides. They work seamlessly and have nice push feel. After a few days and a couple drops, I have to say that this case functions very well. I like the feel of the leather as it is not slippery and the phone does not fall out of my hands. It is aesthetically pleasing and does the job. I recommend the Bellroy iPhone 15 Pro Max leather phone case to all users. You cannot go wrong with this case.
