not for beginners
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this DVD because of the show on fit tv called shimmy. I enjoy bellydancing for fun and for a decent workout. However, this is definitely not intended for a workout. This DVD is for people who already know the basics, and then some, of bellydancing and want to get better. Not for beginners, and not intended for normal excercise unless you are good enough to follow her performance, in which case you don't need this DVD.
