The story got way too short compare to the original

The Movie Was Alright And The Acting Was Ok Too. B-}

Not as good as the original. It was an ok rendition

Here's another unneccesary remake of a classic film

I will not compare it to the original. With that said, this movie really suffered from the terrible acting. The budget seemed to be that of a summer blockbuster. unfortunately, The heart and passion was non existent with the mediocre production value.

Having seen the original many times I, guess I expected a bit more than a predictable flick that wasted the talents of Morgan Freeman. A bit of a disappointment, despite the special effects.

This movie is just average to blah. Once you have seen Spartans, God's of Egypt, and 300, this movie will almost put you to sleep. I didn't turn it off, so it doesn't rate that 1 star.

While there were added dimensions to the movie, it was still enjoyable, but my be a disappointment to those who watch the original movie first..

Very haphazard story line. Strayed too much from original story line! Diminishes the original great version.! Would not pay to see it or buy it!

The movie wasn't as good as the original version. It had so many different versions that threw me off.

The original has become a classic and has a following. The cinematography is good and he actors revered. To try to remake a movie that doesn't need a remake and that nobody is asking for is an awefully big task to take on. In the end I'm left to wonder why I didn't just rewatch the original. It had more emotion and more heart than this recycle does

This is an ok movie but doesn't compare with the original . Drags along. Maybe just me......

The chariot race makes this movie all worth watching, but that's it. The Blu-Ray version does come with extras that are informative as far as the origins of the Ben Hur story goes & you might enjoy that, but I can't really recommend this movie. The Charlton Heston (1959) version is just way better & I recommend that version to watch.

It's an ok movie good action however lacks the greatness of Ben hur with charlton Heston

keaneu was stupid,ben hur was long and boring,and now you see me2 was disappointing.

What a letdown. Just having more technology available does not make a movie better.

For a remix movie, its not a good movie, the history of the movie total change.
