Simply the best 2K monitor for photography. Screen is sharp with anti glare. Monitor puck is fantastic to easily switch between color rendering. Monitor is capable of 30 bit true color when using the display port connection. Monitor is capable of being hardware calibrated with its built in LUT to store the results. Up to two unique calibrations can be stored.

In order to do business with the professional photo labs, i was required to use a color calibrated monitor. This one has lived up to the good reviews. The only downside is that you will need to upgrade you graphics card to get the full resolution available.

The BenQ - PhotoVue 27" works great and produces excellent accurate color. It was easy to set up and has a great feature, a puck remote to easily control and change from S-RGB to Adobe-RGB to Black and White viewing modes. It also comes with side and top shade panels to block unwanted stray light from the room.

Whether you're viewing movies or editing photos, this is a great monitor. The included wired remote to switch between sRGB and Adobe RGB brings increased color accuracy when editing for online and print material. The overall color accuracy is spot on out of the box, though those who make a living off of it will want to do a calibration anyway. If you're watching a letter box movie, there may be a small amount of light bleed near the bottom edge if you're brightness is too high, but other than that, I've found zero defects with the monitor.

This Benq SW2700PT monitor has a wide 99% Adobe color space, extraordinarily clear 27” 2460 x 1440 IPS screen for discerning fine detail and textures, and built-in hardware color calibration technology. Alone, these attributes define a state-of-the art monitor for photographers and designers. In combination with the $599 price (quite low relative to prices of competing monitor brands), I consider this monitor to be, by far, the best-value 27” monitor currently available for image editing.

I got this monitor a few years ago for photo editing. After all that time, I'm still so happy with my choice. It is really easy on the eyes, I love how I can adjust the height easily, has all the connections I need, and the colors are fantastic.

I searched for a reasonably priced monitor for my photo editing as the cheaper ones were either too dark or too light depending on my viewing angle. I have been doing my own printing with a Canon Pixma Pro 10...amazing match with monitor and print as long as you use the correct printer/software settings...also be sure to use the correct paper profile. Great monitor!

I had a 24 inch Dell monitor that I thought was the best but this Benq 27 inch is so much better for viewing any and all work that I have to perform. I do video calibration and I love the fact that this monitor comes calibrated from the factory and then I can also re-calibrate it using my extensive monitoring equipment. If you purchase this, you will be very happy with the results.

I read a lot of really good reviews of this monitor before deciding to purchase it, but I'm not as happy with it as I hoped I would be. For one thing, I read that it comes with a hood, which I figured would be a great addition to the product. It's not so much a wrap-around hood as a number of pieces of plastic which snap together, and they do not supply you with the pieces necessary to make a hood for Portrait orientation. Speaking of Portrait orientation, it does not appear to be well made for using it this way. I feel like text isn't as sharp, and high-contrast edges have discolored artifacts. Very disappointing for what they charge. The colors may be accurate and the factory calibration is nice, but I expected better.

This is the best monitor for its class in its price range. As a photographer who works with prints I absolutely need a color critical monitor. I would recommend also purchasing the xRite iProfiler to calibrate the colors and to do the process often to keep your colors as accurately as possible. Really love the USB pass through and the monitor hood. Having this to work with has been a game changer.

I bought this monitor to support my aerial photography business. I needed a large enough monitor to really hone in on the fine detail of my photos while editing them. As soon as I got it I attached my X-Rite i1Display pro to check the calibration and the factory settings were spot on right out of the box. This monitor definitely helps my workflow and processing.

So far so good, and I've been enjoy the clear picture w/o the cover just yet. The only thing I still need to figure out is the SD card as well as USB ports as they don't seem to be "smart" ones that can power the devices even if the computer is standby or off mode. Still, overall, I'm rather satisfired.

Raed many reviews before selecting this monitor for photo-editing and general use. Very pleased with OOB experience; ready to use as is, even though user calibration is available with extra purchase. More expensive than others on the market, but I wanted best value/ quality in that price range

Great for editing pictures. Love being able to change quickly for editing to making it easy on my eyes when working on documents or surfing the internet.

WOW! I can't believe that I waited so long to upgrade my monitor. I used to sit on top of it to see the detail in the pictures that I'm editing, but now I can sit at a distance and edit pictures in the real colors that will be printed.

I picked this monitor over the other options because of its inclusion of the Adobe RGB color profile, which will provide further color information for photography. Thus far I have no complaints.

The BenQ photoview 27in RGB monitor is a great monitor. Good size and great value. It needs to be color corrected when you get it and every week after.

This is an extremely high quality monitor for a great price, relative to comparable monitors. The built in controls are great to set the display and adjust when calibrating.

I am a photographer and needed a monitor that had awesome control and for the price I paid, I am very happy and I would buy this product again!
