Six Months to Melt down

Oven enamel failed within 6 months of minimal use, both cracking and chipping from the oven itself and beginning to rust. Unrepairable, it was denied on warranty as cosmetic only. I would never purchase from Bertazzoni again. Not because of the failure, not everyone is perfect, but their complete disregard for their own 2 year warranty and insanely poor customer service.

Oven broke multiple times within the first year. Spent countless hours on the phone arguing with the warranty team for a replacement. Complete waste of time and money.
