Best Buy third party delivery team does not really know how to install the part, got the panel bowing at the beginning. They are able to fix it at the end.

These bespoke panels really create custom look for your appliances. I bought the brighter ones and it also brightens up the kitchen and gives it a unique look. All my guests comment that they love the look. Make sure you buy the correct panels for your fridge because they sell a 3 door fridge and a 4 door fridge.

They have been great about installing and taking care of our items. Only thing is that we have been waiting for months for the second bottom panel for our fridge, and Samsung keeps pushing the date. But Best Buy has been amazing in helping us.

While I can, and have, installed the Bespoke glass panels myself, it was certainly nice to have it done for me. The delivery men were thoughtful and professional.

The panels look great on the new Bespoke refrigerator (charcoal glass panels with matte black bottom and middle panels). This is the second appliance the two Geek Squad members installed for us and they're top notch!

Tech was in constant communication. Arrived earlier than expected and both of them were highly professionals.

I CANNOT believe after waiting 3 months for these panels to be imstalled, 2 out of 4 of the panels were damaged! Now I have to wait another month for the replacements! This is infuriating! Why would you send your techs out with damaged goods! Or did anyone bother to check? Either way it's absolutely unacceptable!

I absolutely love my bespoke panels. Finally you can have whatever color you want for a refrigerator.
