    I CANNOT believe after waiting 3 months for these panels to be imstalled, 2 out of 4 of the panels were damaged! Now I have to wait another month for the replacements! This is infuriating! Why would you send your techs out with damaged goods! Or did anyone bother to check? Either way it's absolutely unacceptable!

    We ordered 4 panels in December. It is now March and 2 are still on “back-order”!!! (The two we have are great)

    The refrigerator delivery and installation are separate services and separate teams. On the day the refrigerator was delivered, we were promised by the delivery team that the panel installation team would be out same day. They never showed. Never called. Best Buy has since been out FOUR TIMES to do the install and each time they have sent the wrong team. I just completed the install myself. Over a 2 months later, Best Buy calls me to confirm they'll be out tomorrow to install the panels. Never emailed or called to confirm any dates. Obviously I don't need their service any longer. So I had to sit on the phone for 80 minutes just to stop them from showing up. I purchased 4 appliances from Best Buy and every single one had issues with delivery and installation requiring multiple visits. I would never purchase from Best Buy again anything that required installation.
