    I ordered two Bespoke panels for my fridge, and it was the worst service I’ve ever received. I was rescheduled a half dozen times, often last minute or after waiting around all day, only to be explicitly lied to by Best Buy customer service, who came up with repeated excuses for why some mysterious warehouse issue prevented them from keeping their scheduled date. Buy from the manufacturer or another retailer and install yourself.

    Worst customer care.I haven't received the panel, yet which should have been received on December 2nd.I have ordered Bespoke on Oct 30th 2022, to deliver Bespoke and Panels on Decmeber 2nd. I received BeSpoke refrigerator on January 8th 2023, till now I haven't received Panels. Yet the time order agent said I will receive the Panel same time along with Bespoke. Got email from manager about it and replied to manger it been more then a month I haven't heard from the manager. Worst customer care service and I need to be compensated for the whole trauma I am going thorugh.

    They came in installed the glass panel to the fridge and a couple days later noticed air pockets everywhere

    4 panels to be installed, 3 tops and 1 bottom were delivered. It took 6 weeks and two more attempts, and numerous phone calls to finally get the correct panel and to have it installed.
