I have been missing the middle stainless steel panel since January. Best Buy cannot and has not given me any specific delivery date for my item and every appointment that is have had has been cancelled. Here it is 6 months later and I still have no appointment for my item! The customer service at Best Buy is terrible at this point.

after 3 attempts I did the installation myself. the first time the wrong panels were ordered and they didn't know to put the top plugs in the second time they didn't know how to put the bottom panels on the 3rd time I figured it out myself they planned on sending the same team out as the 2nd time

The customer service was horrible and I had to call to have the installer come back because they didn't have the right tools to install the panels when they were delivered

The home delivery services they provided sucked. They had to reschedule a few times, were late when they eventually showed up and broke my appliance on multiple occasions.

Wanted to leave without me looking at it, and did not install it either when it was on my order for them to. They tried to say it was a different crew that would come to do it.

WAITING FOR A PANEL

THIS WILL BE THE FORTH TIME - INSTALLING PANELS.
FIRST TIME - RECEIVED THE REFRIGERATOR WITH THE PANELS. STARTED TO INSTALL PANEL - TWO DAMAGED. THEY TAKE THE FOUR BACK. SCHEDULE APPOINTMENT - THEY COME SECOND TIME - ONE PANEL DAMAGED - THEY INSTALL THREE AND TAKE THE DAMAGED ONE. MAKE AN APPOINTMENT AGAIN - THERE WAS AN ERROR (DO NOT TALK ABOUT IT) THEY THINK THEY I AM RETURNING A PANEL???? THE ONE THE DELIVERY GUY TOOK. NOW THEY GAVE ME ANOTHER APPOINTMENT TO INSTALL THE PANEL IN DECEMBER. IT IS UNACCEPTABLE. IT WAS THE PERSON'S ERROR FROM THE GEEK SQUAD - STILL WITHOUT A PANEL. I TOLD THE PERSON (ALVARO) WANT THE PANEL INSTALLED THIS MONTH - THAT WAS NOVEMBER 4. HAVEN'T HEARD FROM ANYBODY,
