Great way to top off a gift card

It was the child of someone I knew and I needed to bring something. I knew the young man was into games and electronics so I got him a Best Buy gift card and I saw the case as I headed to checkout and it made an easy way to present it without just handing him a gift card. It was inexpensive which made it appealing too. It made a nice presentation, at a great price, it is an attention to detail.

The sales person had to add an empty box to the order and price it at one cent so I could make my purchase. Bad experience ordering BB gift card online

Regular customer service could not help. It was difficult to get to correct customer service for this card. Need to take it into store to get it fixed. Haven't had time to go to store yet.
