    I purchased 2 gift cards as Christmas gifts. One was lost or thrown away So the intended recipient never got his gift. Although this was Our fault, I believe there should be a way to cancel and Replace the card. I was told that I could not do that. Very disappointed.

    My 13 year old nephew loved the gift card. He was able to purchase whatever he wanted. It makes it so much easier to give the gift card than give a gift and they want to return.
