I bought the gift card and the shipping said that it was going to be delivered on tuesday, then the shipping information was updated and said it would be delivered early on friday !, after the shipping said it would be delivered on friday the shipping information was stuck and the gift card was never delivered on friday. I figured I would wait until tuesday to see if that original shipping date was the correct date but Tuesday night arrived and my gift card package still hadn’t arrived yet so I contacted both the shipper and Best Buy to have them both separately open package search inquiries . After having both the shipper and Best Buy open two separate package search inquiries, the gift card package was delivered to me in less than 24 hours. So the moral of the story is if your item is either ever lost or the shipping won’t update always contact both the shipper and Best Buy and have them both search for the package. Shipping would have been great if the gift card was not lost for 3 working days plus the weekend [from Friday afternoon until early the next Wednesday morning] …

Showed up before scheduled delivery time. I probably consider picking up at store next time.

This is a hard plastic card so it's more durable than other paper based ones. Not much else to say about a gift card, but I thought it's kind of interesting to have a cassette tape design when young ones these days will probably never see one.

The gift box was shipped in a paper envelope without any padding. It arrived collapsed and damaged beyond repair. It does not look presentable to give as a gift.

My birthday gift for my grandson was late. Then, when it did arrive 3 weeks later, the envelope had no gift card, just information on the gift card and a receipt for some unknown person for something else. The original package was opened and relabeled.
