I purchased this before Black Friday it arrived with the balance zero I been on the phone for a total of 10 hours they finally said I would be getting a new one 3 to 5 business days and nothing very fustrsting

It's a gift card you can use online or in store. It would be cool if it was refillable, but it's not. Make sure the balance is right if you get these shipped to your home.
