The gift card I bought 7/31/24 was not activated when the recipient tried to use it. BB won’t activate it, but they have been paid, as my account clearly shows. I talked to 5 customer service people 4 days ago. The last one said it would be cleared up within 48 hours. Nothing. Very dissatisfied.
