    I bought this cord to connect my iPad and iPhone so I could use my iPhone as a hotspot. I could have used Bluetooth but the cord kept my battery from running down. I watched movies on my iPad while I was traveling. I definitely recommend this cord.

    Cord is very rigid. It doesn’t twist very far so you have to make sure it is always uncoiled and straight. Puts more strain on the ends so they may wear out quicker if cord is not uncoiled and straight as I mentioned. Not like the old unbraided cords which were much more flexible. It works fine, just not as flexible as old cords. I couldn’t find any Best Buy branded unbraided cords so I had to have this in a fix. I guess Apple makes the old unbraided cords but were a lot more money.
