Customer support basically said "Oh well, return it or go to store to exchange it." Just look at all that tape on the box in the photos!! Opened box items were half the price. Do better Best Buy...this reminds me of why I don't shop with you often.

It seemed pretty thick and well made when I set it up for him, but was not a happy camper when after 2 weeks his iPad slipped off of the bed and it caused the wire to hang a little and the end popped right out of the cable. When I went to return it, it was 16 days since I purchased it when I came to find out BB had a new 15 day return policy. So, I asked where the trash can was on the way out :(

It’s way too short to be practical, making it almost useless unless your device is right next to the outlet. The length wasn’t clearly stated, and I regret not double-checking before buying. On top of that, the build quality feels flimsy, and I wouldn’t be surprised if it stops working soon. Definitely not worth the purchase—go for a longer, better-quality cable instead.

I purchased at the end of May and it is now the end of June and the charger has already stopped working. It started having issues a few weeks ago but I thought it was just a fluke so I didn’t return it. It was very sensitive to touch. If you move the charger just slightly while charging it would stop charging. Unfortunately, it was not a fluke and the charger is just poor quality. I will not buy a Best Buy branded item from them again. The charger didn’t even last a month and now it is outside of the return window and I am stuck having to buy a new one.

I really didn't need three, so I was ok with that. The next one died a couple months later. I just threw out the third one. If this is what the Best Buy products are like, I won't be buying any more.

Upon usage though it did fit the adapter it did not charge the phone in fact it wouldn't even show the charging symbol on the top of the screen when plugged in. I am Best Buy customer for life but I think I'll stick to IPhone brand accessories for the future.

It hasn’t been 45 days and both stopped working! Unfortunately, the first one went out just after the 2 week return period. The second one went kaput at the 30 day mark.
