    OK, I’ve bought three of these cords so far and every cord splits at the connection point like all the cheap ones. I thought this would be better. I always have to tape them.

    one of the cables is defective it seems; when you plug your device in, it shows it charging; however, within a minute or less it stops charging. Pull out the cord and repeat--sames results. Cord is a little bulky somewhat hard to bend or maneuver

    Love the long cord. Seemed very durable, initially, but after about a month, the spot just below where it plugs in, must have been bent, so now I have to joggle it around to connect...

    Great length but my phone always disconnects and never fully charges. I know it’s this cable because it doesn’t happen with any of the other three or four I use in my day-to-day life.

    Need better info upfront when purchasing

    We should have been told when purchasing our remote start appointment that the store woud be closed, no one would anwer the phone to let us in, and that there was no place for us to wait for during the installitation as the store was closed but the install department was open. Wewere left out in the pouring rain and winter cold temps. Other stores in the mall were not open and we live 3 hours away. We woul;d have made an appointment during normal store hours so we would have had a place to stay. We ususally have exceptional service from Best Buy so we were caught totally off guard.

    Sales person picked out the wrong charger for me.

    The product is good, however, I came in asking for a charger for my car for my iPhone. Who needs a 9 foot charger for a car? I did not realize the length of it when I purchased it. I was just handed it from the sales person. I am using it in the house, but I still need a short one for my car. I should’ve checked it before I left, but I thought the sales person was giving me what I had asked for.

    Came in because my iPhone was not charging. The cord is not the full solution. The phone charges only if the cord is put in with one side up, and not the other. other cords work that way way, too. The problem is ot so much the cod, as a problem with the phone's female connector.

    Store hardly had anything in stock, did not want a white cord, got it anyway and staff wasn’t much help, kept arguing with me about which phone I have and I know my iPhone pretty well…Cord broke within two weeks.

    2/5 since only 2 of the 3 worked smh. I didn’t open the package only until a month after and once of the cords were faulty but it was too late to return or exchange. Purchase if you’re willing to take an immediate chance.

    We purchased this to use in the car but it’s like the usb connection is too loose and cuts the CarPlay on and off with use. Tried another cord to be certain it wasn’t the car but unfortunately seems to be an issue with the cord itself.

    Only after using it for 3 months in my car, the cable started to tear up. I have never seen such a bad-quality lightning cable. Most cables last 1-2 years for me with no problem. Do not recommend this.

    Their old version had fabric type wire shield- these are hard rubber. If you try to use device while plugged in the cord is rigid & pulls on the connection. It dings on & off & may even be damaging the device plug. Go back to the old ones

    what, I feel like it's attached to a cable from the 80's? I guess you get what you pay for, it's priced cheap and feels even cheaper. I have a feeling it will crack or not work in a week or two. It's a comical huge 9' white cable that says "whoa!"

    I trusted the store brand over the other option but think that was a mistake. The cord only stays connected if you literally don’t move it. Grab your phone and CarPlay has to start all over. Very annoying. Gas station cord I got in replacement is working fine.
