Wife needed a 10 key as her work-issued laptop did not come with the keys. She does a lot of numerical data entry and she was getting tired of using a full keyboard. There were a lot of options to go with but this Best Buy essentials unit had good reviews. I didn’t want to risk buying some junk from a third party seller off of Amazon. Wireless wasn’t a must either. Once received it was plug and play. A much smaller footprint as opposed to a full size keyboard.
bought this for my work setting. it created less clutter on my desk and it was a good investment

Since new laptops are shrinking the keyboards to allow for changes in the design and to allow for additional ports on the side, they are in many cases eliminating the keypad on the fixed keyboard on the computer. So this is handy and works well and is very inexpensive.

plug and play at its finest..... my 7 key gets stuck a bit but not that much of a worry..... just plug it up and it is ready to go .... makes putting in a bunch of numbers so much easier

its a basic numeric pad with no frills or bells orwhistles. im using it to calculate and tally long sums nas equations on my ipad air , as the keyboard case its in doesnt have a seperate numeric pad, jus thte numbers along the top of the keyboard. Having a seperate numeric pad makes it quicker and easier to enter and tally numbers.

There's not much to say about a basic numeric keypad except that the price was right, the tactile feel of the keys is fine, my computer recognized it immediately after plugging in the USB cord, and it fills the need that I had to have numeric input with my left hand. The LED at the top left is a nice feature to let you know it's there waiting to be used. I generally work in my dark office, so lighted keys would have been nice but I'm sure at a much higher price this feature could be had.

I didn't have a seperate keypad on my laptop. My old one like this lasted 6 years, which was great. All you do is plug it into the computer & make sure that you click on the numbers lock & you are good to go. This is the best and so easy and con vinient to us.

Works perfectly, needed this for travel to connect with the laptop.

Works well. I have a different preference for a button or 2—Had one with a tab instead of the num lock and that was nice. But that’s not a complaint. I’m happy to have a functional 10 key again

Very Nice product! Since updating to a Zenbook I was missing my keyboard number pad. This product fills that need, Highly recommend if you like the quick entry number pad. Plug and play on my Windows product could not have been easier, plug into USB port and ready to use in seconds. Large easy to read numerals, and convenient Enter, Backspace keys for convenience.

I ended up purchasing this due to my math class and it being tedious to use the buttons up on top, and I love it, for something so simple I was glad to find something so cheap.

Great purchase, keys have a good feel and the size is perfect. Makes work travel much easier when I only have a laptop with no number pad.

I use this keypad on my iMac. The magic keyboard that came with my iMac doesn’t have a keypad section for the numbers so this is an easy fix instead of buying the magic keyboard with the keypad section on the keyboard. Simple to install and use. Great price.

Very compact and soft to the touch. I love it. Wish my laptop brings it with it, I bought it to attach to my new laptop and no even take too much space.

I do data and accounting entry a lot and this numeric keyboard helps me input numbers quicker than using the number keyboard on my laptop. It gets the job done.

I love it. Keyboard on my new laptop didn't have a num pad so I bought this. I wanted it because I can use it without looking at the numbers. This makes it much faster to complete tasks.

[Employee of bestbuy] It's a cheap membrane ten key. It allows me to use a num pad when I need it but unplug it and put it away without having to swap keyboards. I prefer a 60% keyboard when gaming or just browsing but when working I need a num pad. It's decent for the price. Nothing special.

Works great! The picture on the box made it look like it was going to be too light and slide around. But it's much more substantial than I expected. I'm happy with it.
