I used it to connect devices such as external hard drive and a mouse to a laptop. These work just fine and have had no issues with them. I would recommend them if you need some converter to USB-C type.

Love these little guys to keep plugged into my MacBook Air. I can keep my printer plugged in all the time and then switch out my external hard drive and card reader in the other one!!

When your laptop is not on your desk, low profile

very low profile, so I can easily plug external devices, occasionally used, into the USB-C port on my MacBook where the device is an older USB plug. This comes in handy for external hard drive for TimeMachine backups, the occasional use of the Epson scanner (once a week, so not plugged in often), etc.

Bought because I have plenty of USB drives but new tablets only have the USB-C feature. This helped make the two work together and now I don't have difficulties getting old files and drives to my new tablet

These USB female to male C adapters pack works. So simple to use and we like the fact that you have security in knowing that the unit will not fall off since there is a lanyard to the adapter holding the USB A cable. All the new hardware coming out is now using USB c instead of A and you need adapters for connecting your hardware. Works great on our printer cable, mouse, RJ45. Rather than buying a specific cable with USB C.

Works great! Needed to uses it to be able to use my dash cam in my car. I thought the dash cam would lose some functionality, but it did not, it still knows when to turn off when my car is parked. I was initially afraid the camera would keep recording and drain my battery.

Needed to interface an external drive with a std USB cable to my Macbook Air, which only has USB-C ports to do a Time Machine backup. Worked perfectly. Went into the Best Buy store desperately needing an adapter to do this and just took it off the shelf. I was surprised to find 2 in the box. Excellent value!

It works when the others from Amazon didn't. I was Leary as I thought these wouldn't work like the others. It works great on my MacBook as well as iPhone both were new to me migrating from Android and Windows. By the way both adapters work on my android phones.

These USB A to USB C adapters work as expected. They are especially useful for using legacy devices on a modern device or freeing up USB ports (occupied by peripherals) for copying files between USB drives.

this item works great ! my laptop only had one USB port that I used for my wireless mouse. i needed to use another USB port for my printer, my laptop only had the USB-C port so this item let me plug in my printer to my Laptop !
