Literally best budget keyboard.

Everything is smooth. Usually if you get something for low prices it usually falls apart within days. The plastic is solid, keyboard feels great, its not gonna have anything fancy but for 13$ theirs nothing to complain about.

Excellent Value - Good Yet Inexpensive Keyboard

I needed an inexpensive, basic Windows wired keyboard, and came across this on the Best Buy site. I ordered it and have had it for over a month and am quite pleased with it. For an inexpensive keyboard, the feel is quite good - the keys have good "spring" to them and the keystrikes are relatively quiet (compared to past keyboards I've had). I would recommend this for anyone looking for an inexpensive, yet capable keyboard. One note: I have had this for a relatively short time so I cannot yet state what kind of life to expect from the keyboard.

USB Wired Keyboard connector better...

The Best Buy Essential Keyboard with USB connector should last longer hopefully than my oldest 21 year old MicronPC 1999 KB that just broke. Two pins fell out of the connector that plugs into the motherboard at the back of the desktop case. USB does not use pins. It's a better way to build a KB connector.
