Excellent addition to my DVD collection. My Blu Ray player was skipping and freezing during play. I read the directions of the cleaner and followed them. I let it clean my Blu Ray player and now it is as good as new. Of course, I also dusted the top of my player.

I prefer this product because it has ten tiny Brushes compared to 2 or 3 from some lens Cleaners. I usually run a lens cleaner on my Dvd & Blu-ray player after so many hours. I can't say that cleaning your laser lens Does anything (how do they get dirty?) But out of habit i do clean them. I think This product does a fair job if there is Dust inside so the laser does not refract from dirt. Maybe this product is good to Keep my lens clean and my players will Work a bit longer.

I watch a lot of movies on DVD. One night the movie was pretty bad because of the DVD needed cleaned. Checked alot of stores and best buy ordered one and it was there in two days. Great service and the price was great and it worked for me immediately... thanks

Really wirk well cleaning old CD player. Easy yo use.

Every simple to use and it works! Just put it in, hit "play" and follow the instruction. We do a lot of cross country driving and enjoy audio books. The stories aren't much fun with constant skipping.

I have an old late 90s awia stereo and it started having issues reading disc. This was recommended by a Best Buy employee before I gave up on my stereo and it worked like a charm. Now I can enjoy my music that’s I’ve collected over the years with my young sons as intended.

Used it on a fairly old Samsung DVD/VCR player that was working erratically, at best. Somewhat to my surprise, it mostly fixed the problem. It wasn't perfect--if it was, I'd throw in an extra star, but I can now play DVDs that I couldn't before. There are a few DVDs that still can't be read. Well worth the money, as far as I'm concerned. Considerably less than buying a new player, considering that the old one doubles as a VCR.

Great cleaning home and auto DVD player. The brushes are put on correctly minus glue spots. Keep selling this Best Buy for those of us who love our DVD movie and CD music library. No streaming for me. Rather own than rent.

Ok, I am old school, and I use my Bose CD player all the time. This cleaner cleans so well, I don't need to change my ways!

Thought my old DVD player was shot because it got stuck while playing a movie. I thought I had to go out and buy a new one. But heard about this laser lens cleaner and after cleaning just one time IT WORKED! Saved my from buying a new DVD player the old one works like brand new.
