This was recommended by a Best Buy employee before I gave up on my stereo and it worked like a charm. Now I can enjoy my music that’s I’ve collected over the years with my young sons as intended.

One night the movie was pretty bad because of the DVD needed cleaned. Checked alot of stores and best buy ordered one and it was there in two days. Great service and the price was great and it worked for me immediately... thanks

My Blu Ray player was skipping and freezing during play. I read the directions of the cleaner and followed them. I let it clean my Blu Ray player and now it is as good as new. Of course, I also dusted the top of my player.

Somewhat to my surprise, it mostly fixed the problem. It wasn't perfect--if it was, I'd throw in an extra star, but I can now play DVDs that I couldn't before. There are a few DVDs that still can't be read. Well worth the money, as far as I'm concerned. Considerably less than buying a new player, considering that the old one doubles as a VCR.

The brushes are put on correctly minus glue spots. Keep selling this Best Buy for those of us who love our DVD movie and CD music library. No streaming for me. Rather own than rent.

I thought I had to go out and buy a new one. But heard about this laser lens cleaner and after cleaning just one time IT WORKED! Saved my from buying a new DVD player the old one works like brand new.
