A good inexpensive case
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The Best Buy Essentials soft shell case for the iPhone 15 Pro Max it’s a good inexpensive thin profile case that still offers some protection from small drops and scratches. What I like about this case is how it fits the iPhone 15 Pro Max like a glove. Don’t expect this case to provide protection like the bulkier cases. If drop protection is a must, I recommend a much more thicker case. It’s thin enough that my MagSafe accessories still work like my wireless charger and MagSafe wallet. I would still be cautious about it though, especially with MagSafe wallets. The cutout for the USB C port is large enough for most USB C cables. Since the case it’s thin the cutout for the action button doesn’t interfere when pressing the action button. Overall I like this case, it allows me to show off the color of the Blue Titanium without making my phone bulkier. It’s almost barely there I might say. The best part is how inexpensive it is. As far as yellowing goes, Best Buy does indicate it’s been tested for up to 120 hours. Time will tell if it stands against the UV rays of the sun.

Although the case doesn’t appear very significant, it nevertheless provides good protection and allows the design of the phone to shine through. The case did begin to turn yellow after about 9 months, but regardless I’m still thrilled with the overall performance.

I don’t tend to drop my phone but I imagine this cover would in fact protect it from cracking at certain heights.
