Hard to use
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Ok how hard can it be to use a gift card online? Well i'll tell you it is not fun. when at check out you get to the point to " enter the 15 or 16 digit code from the back of the card " you will find on the back of your card a 20 digit code, with a image of a card to show you were to look for it. than it asks for the pin # and according to the " image" to reference it is to the right of the word PIN. it is in fact NOT the number to the right of the word PIN. That number is nothing .So here is what you do. enter the first 16 digits from the 20 digit number and use the last 4 digits of the 20 as the PIN # And ignore the # to the right of the word PIN. hope this helps, I had to have customer service explain it to me. REMEMBER CASH IS KING.
