I tried to do a trade-in for a Microsoft surface computer that I bought new two years ago. It was a $1,000 computer and in perfect condition! But the trade in value was only $250!
I can understand the value going down a few hundred dollars every year but only having a value of $250 after two years?
NOT HAPPY!!!
