Pretty good so far. I haven't received any crazy low offers yet, but the extended return window has helped, as a couple items dropped after I purchased them and I was able to get the difference in cost back easily. Would recommend if you purchase a lot of electronics.

I’m really glad I signed up for the My Best Buy Plus membership. I actually learned about it from a Best Buy employee who took the time to explain the program and all of its benefits to me. I really appreciated that, because it made me realize how much value it could bring, and I signed up right away.
Since then, I’ve already noticed how much easier shopping has become. The member prices and discounts save me money, and the free shipping and more flexible return options make the whole process much more convenient. The included Geek Squad support is also a huge bonus, because it gives me peace of mind whenever I buy new electronics.
I think this membership is especially worth it for anyone who shops at Best Buy a few times a year or more. It’s already paid for itself in my case, and I feel like I get extra value every time I shop. Between the helpful staff recommendation and the ongoing perks, I’m very happy with the membership overall.

Many services today dont even offer 30 day return windows let alone 60. You no longer need to sit and worry about a return deadline when testing to make sure something works for your setup and is to the quality the marketing led you to believe. You can take your time and make sure every single purchase was the right one. Every other perk? The shipping cost reduction, better deals, rewards points? First time using this. My fiance wanted it so we had a longer return window. That was very nice to have. Also offered Sunday ticket which was another plus. I know it has some great perks. We didn’t get to use all of them.

It’s nice to get deals even after you purchase an item but, I wasn’t informed I had to bring the item into the store to claim the deal on the day it was going on. Regardless it’s nice having more time to return things if something goes wrong.

Very pleased with this! We live in a rural area approx 2 hr drive from any Best Buy Store. Our TV was starting to go & we were in Erie mid Oct & decided to shop for one. We were going to decide what we wanted & wait til Black Friday to order so we could save a few$'s. Salesman told us about paying $50 for this membership & we could get price matched if items went on sale during the next 60 days! Both the TV & soundbar dropped in price & we actually did get the difference in price applied to our account! No gimmicks - no hard time trying to do this. IMPRESSIVE!!! Paid for itself + $300!

I had horrible experience ordering half of my appliances from loews to the point even the installers said why didn't you go to loews. My experience with best buy/this purchase was so amazing it was to good to be true. From the moment I walked into the store the manager met with me and guaranteed they would rectify any and all prior dealings as far as appliances. With my anxiety and just going through the issue it took me a month of looking at the card she gave me. From taking that deep breath and walking in that same manager remembered and made EVERY point of all things regarding appliances so seamless. They even corrected and verified the prior loews mishaps.

In May, I purchased a new Apple TV. One of the Best Buy associates sold me on getting a Best Buy Plus membership. A few weeks later, there was a sale on Apple items. It included the Apple TV. The price was the same, but now it included a free remote control holder. I knew I would have to go to the store to acquire it. The store is pretty far away, but it gave me a good excuse to have lunch with my daughter.
I talked to a couple of the associates there. They said I would have to return my Apple TV and then buy a new one. I told them that didn't make any sense because then they would lose money on the deal. They would have an open box item that they couldn't sell for the same price. I told them that I lived far away and it was the last day of the sale. I insisted on talking to a manager. I know sometimes regular employees have to tow the line, but I knew a manager could help. It took a few minutes for them to get a manager out for me. However, he was very accommodating. He said all he needed was the serial number of the device I purchased. We were able to locate it. He did a little manipulation on the computer to show that I had returned it, and then immediately repurchased it. He gave me the remote control holder.
I know not all companies allow their lower-tier employees to do what is necessary to make a customer happy, but they should. Many years ago, my second job was working for La Quinta Inns. I don't know if it's still the case, but at that time, they gave the desk clerks authority to do whatever it took to make a customer happy, even if they had to give them the room free for the night. Just a little something to think about because I'm sure some corporate person will see this.
So anyway, I have already recouped $10 of my $50 membership fee, with 11 months to go. I'm always watching the emails for specials. I'm probably going to need a new vacuum cleaner before too long and may have to replace my old dryer. I expect that my membership will help with those two items, if necessary.

I don't buy for myself much but I buy for my family and friends and often gift them for Christmas, Thanksgiving or Easter. I have family overseas and they appreciate when I surprise them. This best buy membership is very reliable for my needs. I get very good deals And often get a chance to buy hidden gems.

This membership was something I did not know I needed. I accidentally added it to my cart when I was checking out and it made my total checkout price go down! I was in shock because you would never think adding something would take the price down. I looked further into the benefits that the membership came with and it was a no brainer that I should get it. I Bought fryer a month ago and I used the $50 certificate and I returned the same day like after 9 minutes, the customer service told me the $50 certificate will return to my account in 15 days and that cheated with the customer service said on 25th will return to the account but didn’t. Called back the customer service and asked me why you returned it and told her was not the right fryer my wife wanted and told her you should asked me the reason after that she said you can’t get $50 certificate because it’s one time use. Why she didn’t say that the first time only when I asked her you should asked me the reason for returning the fryer. They two customer service did not tell me that?
