I have warranties on all my products from apple care to my car and best buy’s protection plan has been one of the best. Knowing all my purchases are covered but not only that i get to bring and maintain all my devices even ones that weren’t covered to geek squad for them to help me out! replacing broken products is also a breeze especially since i’m a heavy gamer those controllers get expensive. With this protection plan it’s almost a no brainwr and it includes apple care?!!? Sheeshh

Easy to set up, fast, good features, easy to type on the keyboard. The only thing I wish it had was the keypad on the right side, but it's a small issue for how happy I am with it overall. Also wanted to clear up some comments I read - there IS a usb port for your mouse! I would definitely recommend this!

Coverage can be good or bad. When you spend a lot on electronics which can last forever or go out 2 years later after your basic warranty has ended it’s good to have extended coverage. Sometimes they never go out and you just pay the extra coverage to never use it. Better safe than sorry, as cliche as that is. I haven’t needed to use my Total Protection yet but I know as soon as I cancel it something will happen. That’s just how the universe works.

I have been a member since I purchased my PC about a year ago, and I don't plan on ending my membership. If i need something fixed or a tune up on the PC? schedule it with Geek Squad. Need protection on a different item like an iPad? Sure you could BUY applecare... but bestbuy will cover that iPad AND your other items purchased under the membership. all of that combined with the value of the services, repairs, etc... You'd pay almost double for a single repair on a single device!!! ANDDDD being a member gives you deals, discounted prices for items, etc. One of, if not the best service offered by any store. end of story,

I have very much been enjoying my Best Buy Total Membership, and have purchased it for a few years now. Every electronic device and appliance I have purchased in the past few years has been from Best Buy, and all of my items are covered under the extended warranty (including AppleCare Plus). I also receive some extra valuable perks (like extended return periods) and great quality support from Geek Squad. The folks at my local store are wonderful!

I have routinely been the one who refuses protection plans as a guideline of a money grab by the manufacturer or backing entity of the product. However, I frequently get products from BeatBuy and when I joined the Total member club, I have never looked back with regrets. The Millerville store is my primary and their support staff has always been flat out amazing to work with when dealing fixing or replacing covered items and they earnestly try to listen and pivot to your individual case.

I have Used Best Buy total for 2yrs so far and have built 5PCs for friends and family with Geek Squads help. A single diagnosis of an issue is $150 so this membership pays for itself the 1st time you need something looked at. I will continue using it but the mileage will vary from person to person. If you are like me and know you will upgrade things from time to time then you will save lots of money over the years. I have saved over $2,000 so far but I build and upgrade PCs for my family. PC gaming is not getting any cheaper so decide if you want to risk working on it yourself or getting help. I am not ashamed to say I suck at diagnosing PC issues so I get more out of this regardless. Besides building PCs, Best Buy Total deals are pretty awesome and I usually wait for a deal before buying something.

I am a BIG fan of My Best Buy Total! I've had it from the very beginning and think it is worth every penny. I use my computer extensively for work and volunteering. Having access to Geek Squad by phone 24/7 is great! Whether I called with a problem in the afternoon or evening or 3:00 in the morning, a Geek Squad representative was there to help correct my problem and some of the calls lasted over an hour. They also taught me features about my computer. Just as important, I've always received outstanding customer service and treatment when I've gone to a Best Buy store for a Geek Squad appointment or to shop. Best of all, when I bought my newest computer at Best Buy, I didn't have to purchase a protection plan because it's already covered under my Best Buy Total membership. Like I said, it's worth every penny!

This membership has been one of the smartest purchases for my needs. It's been 2 years, I feel locked to Best Buy but in a good way. I have no worries on all my best buy purchases, I have early alerts of deals and by having this membership Best Buy gives discounts and member only pricing. The more tech I purchase the better the value feels. I would recommend to all making major tech purchases. The best part price matching beyond in other retailer including online price matching.

I've been a Total Tech member for a few years now. It's a game changer. I save so much money not having to purchase a warranty for everything I purchase from BEST BUY. I like this protection, all the electronics in my house are under the total insurance of Best Buy. I have never had problems with failures in my devices and they change them easily. I feel more comfortable with this protection knowing that my electronics are backed up. It is an annual membership, but it is worth everything.

I love being able to bring any of PCs in for repair, or update without worry. My membership paid for itself when upgraded the memory and checked how well it is running. Virus, efficiency, etc. If you have more than 1 eligible device, it is well worth the price of membership

I get that total tech plan every year. It is a great value that provides great benefits. I use it mostly for the free expedited shipping but I appreciate having the extra benefits. I rarely have to return things but the extra return window is a nice perk. Thankfully I have not had a product fail on me but it is nice to know that if it did that I have coverage. I plan on renewing it every year.

With two teenaged boys and a lot of technological needs, this membership has been a lifesaver! Not only have we purchased computers, gaming laptops, cameras, lens, monitors, and more, but knowing that the items are covered for repair is so comforting. Ehen my son's 1.5 year old gaming laptop started experiencing issues, we took it to the Geek Squad. It was sent out for repair, deemed replaceable, and with an $85 only charge, they replaced it with the brand new model of the same brand! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE MEMEBERSHIP!

I have had the My Best Buy Total membership for the past three years (first got it with a TV and soundbar purchase), but renewed it ever since because of the savings and special offers I get as a member. Since that first year, I have had to purchase two laptops and a new iPad. Each of those come with the free two-year extended protection plans making the cost of this membership more than worth it. Plus, I love the Geek Squad’s expert help!
