I liked employees attendance. They are very helpful. What I don't like is that if the computer has a problem before 90 days after buying it, we cannot request a credit to the credit card.

The investment for the tech support was well worth it, my computer cleaned and returned to me usable. I’m very happy with the service! I think anyone who maybe having troubles with their electronic devices should consider tech support by Best Buy.

My protection plan is great! I get free delivery and the Tech's setup what I needed! Awesome people helping us with all we need to get our TV up and going with all the apps. Great bunch of people. Thank you! Also get to have our discounts and sales early. Yay!

Failures on electronics is something that happens without notice. Being covered by tech support is essential and required. Best Buy offers the best service to their costumers always.

I hope rating doesn't have to be a 5 star to win. I was able to get more data (the user data must important to me) on my own because techs weren't successful. Other times they have been helpful and patient with questions

These people have gotten me out of many problems. Malware, spyware, excessive ads, and several other issues. As a senior citizen, they are a must-have if you do not have a 14 year old grandchild living with you.

This has paid for it's self many times over! I really like how easy it is to make an appointment and get anything I need fixed or updated. I've recommended Total Tech Support to all of my bookkeeping clients!
