This is an album that i had never heard before but was very happy with..

best buy was the only place I could find this cd, was happy to find it

First, just to be clear, "Best in Show" is NOT a "Best Of" or compilation album, as some have mistakenly assumed. This is NEW material. That being said... This album is pure Jackyl. It's loud, hard, naughty, greasy, gritty, irreverent, and catchy with a little twang and a lot of groove. It's everything rock and roll should be, and it goes a long way toward capturing the in-your-face essence of Jackyl's live performances (if you've ever seen them play live, then you know what I mean), which is no mean feat for a studio recording. The bonus DVD contains 3 music videos and some amusing interview footage about the history of the band. Most importantly, this album is just plain FUN to listen to, as are all of their albums, which, along with their being the hardest working band in rock and roll, is why you can expect them to follow up their first 20 years with another 20 or more, because after hearing "Best in Show," you'll realize that Jackyl has only just gotten started.

Get the Best Buy collection with the DVD and bonus tracks cause it is a awesome collection. This collection of new songs is pure Jackyl, it rocks. The DVD is great it has 3 music videos and has a sit down with the band and they basically give a history of the band with some great road stories. Just get it you won't be disappointed if you are a Jackyl fan.

I've been a Jackyl fan all my life and have all their albums and this album is just as great as all the rest of them.

It is another great collection of songs from Jackyl. They did an excellent job on the cover song too.

I personally found this to be another entertaining album from Jackyl.
