Horrible customer service, the warranty is a fraud

The chair is loud and jumpy. It is not smooth at all. Additionally, the chair sits leaning to one side and there’s nothing we can do to fix it.
After 7 weeks of back and forth emails with Bestier (no phone support) they sent me a new base. Unfortunately the base is for their newer model and doesn’t fit the arms of the chair we have. I sent new photos and videos, but Bestier has now ghosted me. So we have a loud, uneven chair and a separate new base that doesn’t work with anything and no support from the manufacturer.
Best Buy won’t help either, they said we have to work with the manufacturer, but I can no longer get ahold of them, so what am I supposed to do now?
