Terrible delivery
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The cushion may have been fine, but delivery and tracking were terrible, returned without opening the very damaged box. It said would come on the 12th, but was delivered on the 7th while we were out of town. Had we be told earlier when I called to try to confirm delivery info we would have waited to order

Posted .We’re so sorry you had such a frustrating delivery experience with your Bestier cushion—this is totally not what we want for you. We feel terrible the tracking was off, your package arrived damaged (and you had to return it unopened), plus it showed up early on the 7th (instead of the 12th) when you were out of town. We also regret not giving you clearer info when you called to confirm delivery—that miscommunication shouldn’t have happened.
