Bought this for my spouse's back surgery coming up. Decided to get 2 so I can sit beside him. Delivered by FedEx in 6 big boxes. It didn't give me an option to select how it gets delivered or where. I was getting stressed because with me limited on lifting, I wasn't sure how it was going to be dropped off. Luckily, I was at home when the guy showed up and he had the boxes on a dolly. I convinced him enough to at least bring it in the front door area as it's only me carrying and installing them. The guy was nice enough to slide them in my house. Took him 2 trips with the dolly. Gave the guy $20 as he helped me out. Putting it together was super easy. There are 3 parts to it, and it took me 30 min to set up both. These aren't fancy, but they'll do. The "massage" mode is just vibration - no massage balls circling around or anything like that. Wish the headrest part was taller. Wish overall recliner was bigger and longer. I'm 5'7.5, 215 lbs and my feet hang off. I have to have a pillow to put behind my head. The heat setting seemed to be comfortable. These will do for now. Bought them sight unseen. Next time I'll go in person to get the oversized, plushy, cloud ones I wanted originally lol. They are easy to move around, but cords stick out in the back so might want something to hide them. Bought some recliner covers that should be showing up soon so I'm hoping it'll keep them nice. These will do for now lol
