Wrong chair, horrible customer service.

I ordered this chair which came in 3 different boxes. One of the boxes had the incorrect item. I called 3 separate times over two weeks, the specialist told me it was in progress and I should expect an email within 24hrs. Each time I called I was told the same thing, no email though. Finally I was told it wasn't possible to replace just one item but you have to return the whole set. I have no idea why I wasn't told that the first time. Extremely frustrating customer service and I felt like each person was just doing their best to deflect and push it off onto someone else. Hopefully the correct items are sent and I actually receive an email confirming it's in action, unlike the 3 previous attempts. I wonder if I'll win the 400 dollar gift card for leaving this review? Most likely it will be deleted asap.
