So far it’s good, my husband said it was a pain to put together. It is also smaller than anticipated. It will work for now.

Seller shipped it with missing accessories. Contacted them and had the worst customer experience ever! They said I fetch the missing parts from God knows where and they’d send me a $20 gift card! Such an insult!! Asked for a return postage and shipping it back to them tomorrow.
Dear GeorgeW, Please accept my sincerest apologies for the experience you've had. It is completely unacceptable that your item arrived incomplete and that our initial response was unhelpful.
I have investigated this situation, and I am deeply sorry for the immense frustration and inconvenience our team's suggestion caused. Asking a customer to source a missing part is not our standard, and it understandably feels dismissive of the value of your time and the principle of receiving a complete product. You should not have to fix a mistake that was ours.
To resolve this immediately and correctly, I am taking the following steps:
Full and Proper Replacement: I have found this part in stock in our US warehouse. We can send it to you if you can wait for it, which may take 3-4 business days for delivery. We have contacted you with this solution.
Return Option Remains Available: As offered, the prepaid return label is still available should you prefer to return the entire desk for a full refund, including any return shipping costs. This is entirely your choice.
Your feedback was crucial. It highlighted a serious failure in our process and communication. We are already using this case to retrain our customer service team to ensure solutions are centered on making things right for the customer, not on internal convenience.
Please let me know directly if you would prefer we proceed with the replacement part or if you would like to use the return label. I will monitor this case until you confirm everything has been resolved to your satisfaction.
