    Delivery delay plus damage on the product

    I ordered the product and I didn't receive it on time, after 2 days I contacted the carrierthat was supposed to deliver it and they told me your order was delivered a month ago, I contacted the seller he sent me another product because the 1st one was lost, I received the product after 5 days of the expected delivery day with a broken box and damage on the product, the seller was asking me about pictures but I couldn't upload them in the chat, very disappointed

      Dear valued customer, thank you for bringing this to our attention, and please accept our sincerest apologies for the entire experience you've described. We are very sorry for the delayed delivery of your initial order and especially that the replacement item arrived damaged.
      We truly appreciate you working with us to send a replacement when the first package was lost in transit. Unfortunately, the replacement package was damaged. It is frustrating for everyone when that happens. About uploading the pictures, we suggest customers log in the account, find the message, then it has the "attach file" button to upload the picture.
