Fireplace still hasn't come in

I ordered the stand online and I got it a day early actually, but the fire place never came in. I called customer support for both best buy and bestier and best buy completely blew me off and said they basically couldn't do anything accept for a refund that requires me to dissassemble what i've already built, which is everything expect the FIREPLACE. bestier's customer service actually gave me a tracking number with fedex however it still says the Fireplace is in California for the past 5 day's with no update, buy it at your own risk or don't and find something better.

Missing fireplace insert, limited support options

Received tv stand but they failed to send a fireplace insert. Best Buy wants me to return the tv stand and hope they'll reship a tv stand and fireplace correctly instead of just shipping a fireplace insert. Offered $25 for missing part and nothing else.

New center for the tv

Bought a new tv and we figured might as well get a new entertainment center. we love it, the fake fireplace really warms up the place, the lights look cool at night, and it has plenty room for the other video consoles.
I would recommend this to a friend
