Advice to company and customer. But good product

Stand seems sturdy enough and looks good. Only thing I would like to have been different would be that the whole bottom be covered in the backing that just the middle section has on it for some reason. It would have gave a much cleaner look to it and would have hid the nest of wires I can see thru the shelves, that's just some advice if the company reads this. Only other issue and this one is on me as well for not fully paying attention to the manual, the page that wants u to put the metal L brackets on put a big x over the picture on the way to NOT put it together. I quickly glanced at the two pics with out noticing that underneath the one on the right it said not like this. Lastly if ur putting this together and you've previously made the mistake of putting a board on backwards exposing the unfinished side of the wood, when u get to putting on the vertical end boards on each side the unfinished end will be facing the front but on the next page u will be covering them up. I thought I screwed up and took them back off and reversed them to flip the page and realize they were right the first time.

It was never delivered. FedEx delayed my delivery 5 TIMES! I called Best Buy customer support so many times! They were no help! Called fedex multiple times and they were NO help! I even asked for store credit instead of a refund and they said NO because they don’t have access to it! How do you know have access to an item that’s from YOUR store!?!???? Highly disappointed. DON’T BUY!!!!!
