This unit is the perfect size for a 85” TV with a 70” width. It’s an end to end perfect match in size. The construction was very straightforward with no real issues. Holes were aligned well and all the pieces fit nicely together. The construction time was about 2 hours done by myself. I did have a friend come over and help me move it in place. The fireplace is shipped separately from the unit itself so keep that in mind if you have a deadline to have this installed. I got this specific for the fireplace insert. I needed additional heat in a somewhat cool room. It puts out a good amount of heat for its size. Love the heat settings and different light and flame adjustments. I would recommend this unit if you’re in the market. The only negative for me is the makers name on the front. The photoshopped this out on the factory image but it’s rather prominent resulting in a negative star rating.
