Shopping was fast. Came in 2 boxes. Had to be assembled, which was pretty easy to do. Color is pretty and fabric is soft. Couch is smaller than expected. Received with a hole in the fabric and some light stains. After using the couch for only a few days you can already see and feel an imprint from where you were sitting. When using it unfolded as a sleeping area it is not very comfortable. Purchased a full size foam topper to help with this. Storage on the chaise part is a nice feature.
