Ordered this desk 4 months ago and it arrived without the hardware. Because it was a got for my son he didnt ipen it until a couple of weeks after it was purchased - outside the 10 day return/exchange window for Best Buy. Since then, Best Buy has refused to help with the issue and keeps sending me to the manufacturer. The manufacturer has not sent the hardware. 4 months of being given the run around and still unable to use the product.
