So far, an awesome pool. It’s big & I am able to swim laps in it as well as fit several people in comfortably.
In the description, we were supposed to get a tarp in which to put underneath the pool, but that was not included, though we did get the pump and the cover as we were supposed to. When I called to let customer service know we were missing the tarp, I was put on hold for 25 minutes, then was disconnected. I decided to forgo the tarp as my husband used 2 layers of plastic and foam underneath the pool after leveling out a surface in the grass & this seems to be enough, it’s just disappointing to be unable to resolve an issue.
I would recommend this pool and will thoroughly enjoy having it, I’m sure
